In the News section you will find detailed news according to the country set in your profile. The right column with the latest news depends on the same setting. (You can easily change your country as many times as you want).
En la sección de Noticias encontrarás una lista filtrada según el país que tengas definido en tu perfil. La columna de la derecha con las últimas noticias depende del mismo valor. (Puedes cambiar fácilmente el país todas las veces que quieras).
If the user who publishes a news article takes the content from another website, there should be a link referencing to the source at the end of the news:
Si el usuario que publica una noticia copia el contenido de otra página, se mostrará una referencia a la fuente justo debajo de la noticia:
If you are interested in the day-a-day news from several countries, you are able to search content using the filter at the top of the Latest News column. Expand the filter by clicking on the arrow icon to see the options. Then, select a country and/or introduce terms to search the news:
Si estás interesado en seguir el día a día de varios países, puedes buscar contenido usando el filtro situado encima del listado de "Últimas noticias". Despliega el filtro pulsando sobre el icono de la flecha para ver las opciones. Después, selecciona un país y/o introduce términos o palabras clave para la búsqueda:
To publish content about anything you think could be interesting for the ultimate community, you only have to open a form.
Para publicar contenido que piensas puede ser de interés para la comunidad del ultimate, tan sólo tienes que abrir el formulario.
You can write your own content or copy and paste the content published on another website, but if this is the case, please provide a link to the source in order to preserve copyright.
Puedes escribir tu mismo o cortar y pegar una publicación de otra web, pero en este último caso, por favor proporciona un enlace a la fuente para preservar los derechos de autor.
To leave a comment or opinion in a news or interview, you have to be logged and to have an avatar.
Para dejar un comentario o una opinión en una noticia o entrevista, tienes que estar logueado y tener un avatar.
The other users can reply to your comments and you can reply to theirs. When you are replying to a comment, you will see that comment appear over the form:
Los otros usuarios pueden contestar a tus comentarios y tu puedes contestar a los suyos. Cuando estás respondiendo a un comentario, verás que ese comentario aparece sobre el formulario:
If you consider that a publication is not appropiate or not relative to the ultimate at all, you can report it and generate a warning. As soon as we receive it, we will study each case and determine if the publication must be remove partial or totally. Also, the offending user's publication rights can be refused to avoid inapropiate behaviour in the future.
Si consideras que una publición o su contenido no es apropiado o no tiene nada que ver con el ultimate, puedes reportarlo y generar un aviso. Tan pronto como lo recibamos, estudiaremos cada caso y se determinará si la publicación debe ser eliminada total o parcialmente. También, los derecho de publicación del denunciado pueden ser retirados para prevenir un comportamiento inapropiado in el futuro.

Then, fill in the form and submit it.
Luego, completa el formulario y envíalo.
